About RampBench

RampBench is a directory of the software that decides whether cold email reaches a primary inbox. Warmup tools sit at the center of it, but the job also pulls in placement monitoring, spam testing, SPF and DKIM and DMARC setup, mailbox provisioning, and list verification. We keep those separate so you can see what a product actually does before you pay for it.

Listings are submitted by vendors. A submission costs $49, publishes as soon as payment clears, and is reviewed by an editor afterwards. If a listing misrepresents the product or the product is no longer sold, it comes down, and the fee is not refunded.

How we curate

A listing stays up while three things hold: the homepage loads, the product is still sold, and the description matches what the vendor's own site says it does. Email warmup has more churn than most categories, so we re-check the entries periodically and remove anything that has folded, been absorbed into another brand under a new name, or quietly dropped warmup from the plan it was listed under.

We remove listings that pad a description with claims the vendor does not make, that point at a parked or dead domain, or that describe a bundled feature as if it were a standalone product. We do not rank by payment. The Featured slot is labeled, and it changes placement, not the review.

Warmup is not deliverability

Plenty of products in this space get filed under one word when they do different jobs. A warmup tool sends and replies to mail on your behalf to build a sending history. A placement monitor tells you where mail is landing today. A DMARC platform reports on who is sending as your domain. Our categories follow those lines, and a product that genuinely does two of them is tagged for both.

List your product

If you sell a warmup, deliverability, or sending-infrastructure product, a listing is $49 one time. That covers a hand review of the entry and periodic re-verification that the product is still live and still described accurately. It does not buy acceptance, and it does not buy a better position.
